RC Reserve Gluten-Free Turkey Base

    RC Reserve Gluten-Free Turkey Base creates a pleasant turkey stock for soups, sauces, gravies, pan drippings, and enhances pasta or rice dishes. A paste base or seasoning containing natural ingredients including USDA inspected cooked turkey meat.

    All the ingredients are non-GMO. The base contains no added MSG, artificial ingredients, hydrolyzed proteins, and disodium inosinate or disodium guanylate and is laboratory tested to be gluten-free (less than 20 ppm gliadin). Cooked turkey meat as the first ingredient, this base dissolves in water or other liquids for quick and easy preparation.

    Made in the USA.

    Available in single jars.

  • Yield: 5 gallons.

    Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (40°-75°F). Refrigeration is not required but will extend the shelf life.

    Ingredients: Turkey meat, sea salt, sugar, dextrose, turkey fat, onion powder, seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, dextrose, natural flavor), turkey flavor (turkey broth, salt, natural flavor, yeast extract), yeast extract, seasoning (chicken fat, sunflower oil, natural flavor), natural flavor (contains torula yeast), potato flour, spices; extractives of celery, onion, garlic, and pepper; and garlic powder.
