RC No Added MSG Mushroom Base

A light brown granular plant-based base and seasoning made with mushroom extract and dehydrated mushrooms. Prepared, the base creates a rich brown stock with the flavor and aroma characteristic of mushrooms.

2. Formulated to contain no added MSG, and vegan.
3. Creates an excellent foundation for soups, stews, and casseroles. Perfect for pan sauces and flavoring cold vegetable sauces. Add to cooking water when preparing rice, pasta, grains, beans, and vegetables. Use to enhance homemade stocks and broths.
4. Sprinkle on the dry base as a seasoning for dressings, dips, flavored butter, and oils. Use as a "mushroom dust". Use sparingly to add the distinctive flavor and aroma of mushroom.
5. To prepare stock, add base to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Bring to a boil. 
6. Plant-Based. No refrigeration needed.
7. 8 oz. jar makes 2½ gallons of stock. Make as much or as little as needed. Resealable jar.
