RC Smart Sodium 400® Reduced Sodium Special Blend Vegetable Base

A plant-based granular base and seasoning made with a unique blend of non-root vegetables and seasonings, with no animal-derived ingredients. Prepared, the base has the flavor and aroma of long-simmered vegetables.

1. Developed for professional chefs.
2. Formulated to be vegan, gluten-free with a reduced sodium level. Contains no added MSG. Ingredients are compliant with Jain dietary restrictions. The base is FODMAP diet-friendly.
3. Creates an excellent foundation for soups, stews, chowders, and casseroles. Perfect for pan sauces and cold vegetable sauces. Add to cooking water when preparing rice, pasta, grains, beans, and vegetables. Use to enhance homemade stocks and broths. Sprinkle on the dry base as a seasoning for dressings, dips, flavored butter, and oils.
4. To prepare, add base to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Bring to a boil.
