  • Redi-Base GF Gluten Free Ham Base creates a delicate smoky flavored ham stock for soups, sauces, gravies, and enhances pasta or rice dishes. A rich brown paste base or seasoning with no added MSG, made with the finest quality USDA inspected cured ham, natural juices and flavors.

    Cured ham as the first ingredient, this base dissolves in water or other liquids for a quick and easy preparation. It is laboratory tested to be Gluten Free (less than 20 ppm gliadin) and is low in sodium with only 140 mg per prepared cup.

    Available in single jars and cases.

  • Yield: 2½ gallons.

    Product Storage: Refrigerate for best shelf life and flavor. Extended non-refrigerated storage may cause the product to darken.

    Ingredients: Ground ham (pork, water, salt, dextrose, modified potato starch, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), corn starch-modified, chicken fat, salt, sugar, onion powder, potato flour, hydrolyzed corn gluten, rendered bacon fat (with natural flavor), yeast extract, maltodextrin, flavor (ham flavor (contains pork fat, hickory smoke flavor), lactose (from milk), autolyzed yeast extract, salt, dried yeast, modified corn starch, maltodextrin, gelatin, flavor), caramel color, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, natural flavors, garlic powder, soybean oil, and natural smoke flavor.
