RC No Added MSG Clam Base

A paste base made from Atlantic clams and natural flavors. Prepared, the base has the distinct flavor and aroma characteristic of clam stock.

2. Formulated to contain no added MSG.
3. Creates an excellent foundation for soups, bisques, and chowders. Add to cooking water when preparing rice, pasta, grains, or poaching seafood. Perfect for pan sauces and flavoring a cold seafood sauce. Use as a seasoning to enhance homemade stocks and broths or add to sour cream for a clam dip. Dissolve in water for an instant clam juice.
4. Ideal for Clam Chowder, Clam Dip, Paella, Pilaf, Clam Sauce or Linguini & Clam Sauce, or Coconut Clam Sauce.
5. To prepare, add base to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Bring to a boil.
6. Cooked clams as the first ingredient.
7. 16 oz. jar makes 5 gallons of stock. Make as much or as little as needed. Resealable jar.
