A natural light pink color paste base made with lobster meat from the cold waters of the North Atlantic. Prepared, the base has the distinct flavor and aroma characteristic of lobster stock.

2. Formulated to contain no added MSG.
3. Creates an excellent foundation for soups, bisques, and chowders. Add to cooking water when preparing rice, pasta, grains, or poaching seafood. Perfect for pan sauces and flavoring a cold seafood sauce. Use as a seasoning to enhance homemade stocks and broths or add to sour cream for a lobster dip.
4. Ideal for Lobster Stew, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lobster Salad, Lobster Bisque, and Lobster Risotto.
5. To prepare, add base to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Bring to a boil.
6. Cooked lobster meat is the first ingredient.
