A plant-based granular base and seasoning made with vegetables, spices, and other flavorings used in southwestern cuisine. Prepared, the product creates a deep golden stock with a robust roasted vegetable flavor and aroma plus subtle background notes of chipotle peppers, cilantro, cumin, and lime.
