All orders will receive an email containing the order's USPS or UPS tracking information.
Redi-Base Cooking follows a seasonal shipping schedule. All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays will ship the next USPS/UPS business day.

Shipping delays are usually due to inventory restocking. All items are usually back in stock within 3-5 days.
The average delivery time is 3-7 days. Please be advised that your order may take longer to receive due to carrier volume issues and increased processing time due to pandemic protocols.
An order is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. Redi-Base Cooking is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
In today's environment, Redi-Base Cooking and the United States Postal Service (USPS) will not accept responsibility for missing orders that have been delivered to an unsecure area.
First, take a digital photo of the damaged package or product(s). Email that image to email@example.com and allow our customer service department to present your best options. Please do not send your purchase back until we have had the opportunity to resolve the problem.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
