What is the cost of shipping?

Redi-Base Cooking uses flat rate shipping.

How does Redi-Base Cooking ship?

All orders will receive an email containing the order's USPS or UPS tracking information.

Jars

  • Jars ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and First Class Mail.
  • P.O. / A.P.O. / F.P.O Box delivery is available.
  • Average delivery time 3-7 business days.
  • No international shipping available.

Cases

  • Cases ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
  • P.O. / A.P.O / F.P.O Box delivery is not available with United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
  • Average delivery time 3-7 business days.
  • No international shipping available.
When does Redi-Base Cooking ship?

Redi-Base Cooking follows a seasonal shipping schedule. All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays will ship the next USPS/UPS business day.

September thru May

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

June thru August

  • Monday and Thursday.
Why was there a delay in shipping my order?

Shipping delays are usually due to inventory restocking. All items are usually back in stock within 3-5 days.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The average delivery time is 3-7 days. Please be advised that your order may take longer to receive due to carrier volume issues and increased processing time due to pandemic protocols.


What if my order is lost?

An order is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. Redi-Base Cooking is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.


What if my order is scanned as delivered, but I have not received it?

In today's environment, Redi-Base Cooking and the United States Postal Service (USPS) will not accept responsibility for missing orders that have been delivered to an unsecure area.


What if I receive my order damaged?

First, take a digital photo of the damaged package or product(s). Email that image to customerservice@redibasecooking.com and allow our customer service department to present your best options. Please do not send your purchase back until we have had the opportunity to resolve the problem.


How do I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at at customerservice@redibasecooking.com or call/text us at 732-822-7854 to cancel your order. Fees may apply.


How do I return a product?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
