What is the cost of shipping?

Redi-Base Cooking uses variable flat rate shipping, that is based on the subtotal amount of your order.

How does Redi-Base Cooking ship?

Redi-Base Cooking ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders will receive an email containing the order's USPS or UPS tracking information.

When does Redi-Base Cooking ship?

Redi-Base Cooking follows a seasonal shipping schedule. All orders placed over a Federal holiday weekend will ship the next USPS/UPS business day.

Why was there a delay in shipping my order?

Shipping delays are usually due to inventory restocking. All items are usually back in stock within 3-5 days.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The average delivery time is 3-7 days. Please be advised that your order may take longer to receive due to carrier volume issues and increased processing time due to pandemic protocols.


What if my order is lost?

An order is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. Redi-Base Cooking is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.


What if I receive my order damaged?

First, take a digital photo of the damaged package or product(s). Email that image to customerservice@redibasecooking.com and allow our customer service department to present your best options. Please do not send your purchase back until we have had the opportunity to resolve the problem.


How do I return a product?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
