Prepared, the base creates a golden stock with a balanced, well-rounded flavor and the aroma of long-simmered vegetables, while still satisfying low or reduced sodium diet requirements.
Yield: 5 gallons.
Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (40°-75°F).
Shelf Life: 12 months.
Ingredients: Dehydrated vegetables (onion, tomato, carrot, roasted corn, celery, bell pepper, garlic, green leek), sugar, maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, Chinese cabbage extract, corn oil, natural flavors, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spices, white distilled vinegar, food starch-modified, and turmeric.
Contains no meat, dairy, or egg products.
