  • A paste gravy mix containing roasted beef, beef stock, flour, and seasonings. Prepared, it creates a rich flavorful home-style pan beef gravy.

    1. Developed and formulated for professional chefs.
    2. Ideal accompaniment for roast beef or meatloaf. Top off french fries and mash potatoes. Great for meatballs, hot sandwiches, Salisbury steak, patty melts, and beef dips. Use as a base for beef stews and casseroles.
    3. To prepare, add mix to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Continue to whisk and bring to a boil.
    4. Contains no added MSG. USDA Inspected.
    5. 16 oz. jar makes 1 gallon of gravy. Make as much or as little as needed. Resealable jar.
    6. Available in single jars and cases. Made in the USA.
