    • A thick brown paste made with concentrates of roasted onion, onion juices, and natural flavor. Prepared, the base imparts the rich intense flavor and aroma characteristic of roasted onions.

      1. Developed for professional chefs.
      2. Formulated to contain no added MSG, and vegan.
      3. Add flavor to stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, and flavored butter or oil.
      4. Ideal for Onion Sauce, Homemade Pasta, Instant Pot Meals, Fried Rice, Hummus, Rubs, and Marinades.
      5. Use this concentrated base sparingly. Season foods by dissolving base in water or other liquids. Use 1 tsp. per quart to start and increase to taste.
      6. Onion juice is the first ingredient. Plant-Based.
      7. 16 oz. jar yield depends on usage. Make as much or as little as needed. Resealable jar.
