Redi-Base Cooking Vegetable Base

  • Redi-Base Cooking Vegetable Base creates a classical golden vegetable stock for soups, sauces, stews, and gravies. The granular base/seasoning is gluten-free with no added MSG, it is made with vegetables, spices, and other flavorings.

    Completely vegetarian, it contains no meat, dairy or egg products and free of hydrolyzed vegetable protein and hydrogenated oils. This base dissolves in water or other liquids to create a stock or use right out of the jar as a seasoning for dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice or pasta dishes, potatoes, and flavored butter or oil.

    Made in the USA.

    Available in single jars and cases.

  • Yield: 2½ gallons.

    Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (40°-75°F). Refrigeration is not recommended.

    Ingredients: Salt, dehydrated vegetables (onion, tomato, carrot, celery, bell pepper, carrot juice, green leek), sugar, yeast extract, maltodextrin, palm oil, garlic powder, spices, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, turmeric extract (color), and natural flavors.
