  • Redi-Base Gluten-Free Vegetable Base creates a flavorful vegetable stock for soups, sauces, gravies, and enhances pasta or rice dishes. A powder base or seasoning made from dehydrated vegetables with natural ingredients.

    All ingredients are non-GMO and suitable for a vegan diet. The base contains no added MSG, artificial ingredients, hydrolyzed proteins, and disodium inosinate or disodium guanylate and is laboratory tested to be gluten-free (less than 20 ppm gliadin). Vegetables as the first ingredient, this base dissolves in water or other liquids for a quick and easy preparation.

    Available in single jars and cases.

  • Yield: 2½ gallons.

    Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (40°-75°F). Refrigeration is not recommended.

    Ingredients: Dehydrated vegetables (onion, tomato, sweet corn, carrot, celery, pumpkin, carrot juice, bell pepper, green leek, and garlic), sea salt, sugar, yeast extract, canola oil, spices, and extractives of celery, onion, and garlic.
